A video of a Ukrainian soldier with an EDM4S (anti-drone gun) drone suppression system has appeared on social media.
A contract for the supply of 37 such anti-drone guns was signed with a Lithuanian manufacturer “NT Service” Israeli developer “Skylock” in 2020, and the first complexes were personally handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Naused, during a solemn ceremony on the territory of the Embassy of the Republic in Ukraine.
The complex is equipped with 4 directional antennas. Two antennas for the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands and a power of 10 W each; and the other two for GPS and GLONASS interference in the 1.5 GHz band and 10 watts.
With a weight of 5.5 kg. The EDM4S can suppress drones at ranges of up to 3-5 kilometers.
